Terms of Service
The terms on which 369 Pest Control & Disinfection Service LLC provides treatments and contracts.
Bookings and confirmation
A request submitted through this website is an enquiry, not a confirmed appointment. Our team will contact you to confirm the date, time slot and price before a technician is dispatched.
Quotations
Prices quoted online are indicative. A final price is confirmed after inspection, based on property size, pest type and the level of activity found.
Access and preparation
You agree to provide safe access to the property at the agreed time and to follow the preparation instructions given before treatment. Visits missed without notice may be chargeable.
Annual Maintenance Contracts
AMCs run for 12 months from the first treatment and cover the scheduled visits, unlimited callbacks and priority response described on the AMC page. Cover applies to the pests and the property listed on the contract.
Warranty and callbacks
Where a treatment carries a warranty, the warranty applies provided the recommended preparation and proofing advice has been followed and the property has not been re-infested from an external source outside our control.
Safety
All products used are approved for use in the UAE and applied by trained technicians. You agree to inform us in advance of pregnancy, allergies, medical conditions, pets, aquariums or beehives at the property.
Liability
We are responsible for damage directly caused by our negligence. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, or for indirect or consequential loss such as loss of business or income.
